residential property with wildlife pest problem

Professional Wildlife Trapping & Exclusion Services

Raccoons, snakes, and other wildlife have no business infesting homes in Florida but that doesn’t stop them.  In fact, wildlife infestations are a common problem for property owners and left unaddressed can create serious health and safety hazards including the spread of disease and attacks.  What’s more, wildlife cause significant physical damage to structures and can result in significant repair bills.

If your home has been invaded by a wild animal (or several), Keller’s Pest Control can help.  Providing wildlife control and exclusion services in Bradenton and throughout Manatee and Sarasota counties, we are a family owned pest control company whose goal is to provide expert service and to solve your wildlife problem quickly and efficiently.

Keller's Wildlife Control Process

At Keller’s Pest Control, we provide expert wildlife control services that target armadillos, bats, black racers, mine snakes, opossums, raccoons, rat snakes, skunks, and other wildlife.  Our services are accomplished through a variety of methods including wildlife trapping and exclusion services, often a mix.

Initial Call

The process begins with a simple phone call. A qualified and friendly member of Keller’s Pest Control will listen to the problem(s) described, offer a quote based on the described issues, then schedule an initial service.  In most cases, we are able to respond within the same day.

Implementation Of Trapping & Removal Program

On the day of service, our team member will inspect the property; determining the specific problem(s) and how the problem began (i.e. how they are getting in).  Once we’ve assessed the situation, we’ll begin the trapping program curated to your specific needs. This may involve subsequent visits, depending on the severity of the infestation. Once we have trapped the invading wildlife, one of our team members will work with local wildlife agents to relocate the invader(s).

Exclusion Services

Following wildlife removal comes exclusion. Exclusion is essentially the sealing of potential entry points noted at the beginning of the inspection.  This prevents wildlife from returning to your property and re-infesting your home.

Bat Control

Florida State law prohibits the removal of bats during their breeding season (April 16 -August 14).  If you discover bats in your home or structure during this time, please contact Keller’s Pest Control directly and we can guide you through what can be done.

Wildlife Warranty

Keller’s Pest Control offers a wildlife warranty. If you are interested to see if you qualify, direct your questions to your technician on the service day or give us a call anytime.

Wildlife Control Frequently Asked Questions

What do you do with the animals once they’re removed?

Keller’s loves the wildlife found in Florida and do not participate in harming them.  All animals we capture are relocated unharmed to a sanctuary setting.

How much does wildlife control cost?

There are several factors that must be considered when determining price including the type of animal, the location of the animal, the time of year, and if offspring are present.  When you contact us to discuss your wildlife problem, we’ll ask a few questions and provide a quote based on your specific situation.

Do I really need a professional wildlife removal company?

Yes! DIY is a popular trend but when it comes to wildlife in your home, leave the critters to the professionals.  Wild animals are just that- wild.  Their behavior is unpredictable.  If cornered or threatened, wildlife may become aggressive and attack.  These animals (and their droppings) may also carry diseases that you DO NOT want to be exposed too.  If you’ve discovered wildlife in your home, contact Keller’s for help.
